Due to the personalized nature of the embroidery for DePaula Auto Group, we will only replace defective items, or refund payment for any inaccuracies with the order. This would include incorrect embroidery, or size based on original order.
Any items work, used or altered may not be returned or exchanged.
When making a return, the request must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. All defective items must be returned to receive replacement or credit.
